Meet the Team...

Eric Folino, R. Ph.
Executive Vice President of Pharmacy Operations

Eric D. Folino RPh is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy and has worked in the pharmacy field with a focus on serving consumers within the Intellectual Disability field for the past 17 years. Mr. Folino provides oversight and management expertise to the entire pharmacy operations with service locations in Pennsylvania and Colorado. Since starting with PDC Pharmacy, Mr. Folino has grown PDC Pharmacy into a notably successful operation that serves the entire Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and State of Colorado. Under Eric Folino's leadership,  PDC Pharmacy has earned a reputation as being a leader in pharmaceutical services for the Human Service Industry. Mr. Folino also provides clinical expertise to doctors and nurses at ICF/ID facilities throughout PDC Pharmacy’s service area by performing Drug Regimen Reviews to improve and enhance compliance and effectiveness of medication therapies. Mr. Folino has also presented at numerous conferences across the country on topics current in the Pharmacy Industry.

Bill Waldron
Director of Operations

Bill Waldron is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree. He has worked for non-profit providers of services for individuals with Intellectual Disabilities for over 25 years, most recently with Passavant Memorial Homes for 15 years. Since joining PDC Pharmacy, Bill has used his knowledge and experience to assist customers in receiving the highest quality of pharmacy services.  His expertise in the field provides for more effective transitions for new customers joining PDC Pharmacy services throughout Pennsylvania and Colorado. In addition to working directly with the customers through the three pharmacies, Bill provides support in all aspects of pharmacy operations to ensure all Directors of Pharmacy and their staff retain the reputation of effective, quality-driven leaders of pharmacy services for customers in the field of Human Services.

Christina Grant
PDC Pharmacy, Director of Customer Service

Christina Grant is a graduate of Kent State University’s College of Business Administration, where she concentrated her bachelor studies in marketing and business administration. Before joining PDC Pharmacy, Christina worked in both operations and marketing positions. Initially joining PDC Pharmacy as the Operations Manager, Christina used her knowledge, experience and customer service based approach to transition and orient new customers to PDC Pharmacy Services. In her expanded role as the Director of Customer Service, Christina maintains frequent contact with all agencies served by PDC Pharmacy’s closed door locations in Pennsylvania and Colorado. In combination with providing supportive functions to agencies, such as training and process reviews, Christina ensures PDC Pharmacy is providing the highest quality services within the human services industry through the collection of quantifiable customer satisfaction results and the performance of quality management meetings.

Masa M. Walker, MA, LPN
PDC Pharmacy, New Accounts Coordinator
Masa graduated from Career Training Academy as a Medical Assistant, prior to pursuing nursing school. Masa graduated with high honors from the Lenape Tech Practical Nursing Program. After several years working in a clinical setting, Masa discovered her true passion, working with individuals with intellectual disabilities. Today, Masa uses her nursing and medication training backgrounds, to manage PDC Pharmacy’s Electronic Medical Records and re-ordering system, for all of the PDC Pharmacies. Masa serves as an integral part of the transition process to PDC Pharmacy, as she coordinates all new customer data entry into PDC Pharmacy’s software database.

Ryan Senft
Director of Sales and Marketing
Ryan is the Director of Sales and Marketing for PDC Pharmacy. In this capacity, he provides knowledge and guidance to individuals and providers considering transitioning their pharmacy services. After graduating from the Naval Academy Preparatory School, he moved onto the United States Naval Academy and eventually transferred to Duquesne University. There he graduated from the Palumbo-Donahue School of Business with majors in both Legal Studies and Entrepreneurship. With a background in Sales and Marketing, Ryan also brings a strong technical know-how to the team.  He is the direct connection to frequently asked questions regarding the pharmacy offering, MedSupport and FacilityLink.

Zachary D. Gantz
PDC Pharmacy, Sales Manager
Zachary is a graduate of Westminster College, in which he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, focusing on Strategic Management. With a background in sports and most recently equestrian activities, Zachary brings a competitive and compassion spirit to the PDC Pharmacy Team. Within his Sales Manager role, Zachary is responsible for customer outreach and management of the sales process, with the ultimate goal of helping providers determine whether PDC Pharmacy is a good fit for their individuals. Zachary always makes himself available to customers and providers, so feel free to give him a call, today.
