Lynne Lafferty, RPh., MBA
PDC Pharmacy Philadelphia – Director of Pharmacy
Lynne Lafferty graduated from the University of Sciences in Philadelphia with a Bachelor of Science, Pharmacy degree and from the Keller Graduate School of Management with a Master of Business Administration degree. Lynne has nearly 25 years of experience as a pharmacist, with much of her time spent working within the long term care and intellectual and developmental disabilities fields. Lynne recently rejoined the PDC Pharmacy team as the Pharmacy Director after taking a few years away complete her MBA. Lynne is well known for her dedication to every patient and agency serviced and leads her team to provide accurate, safe and compliant pharmacy services. Jayne Duty, RPh.
PDC Pharmacy Pittsburgh – Director of Pharmacy
Jayne Duty graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree. She has more than 30 years of pharmacy experience most of which is in the area of long term care and intellectual and developmental disabilities. Jayne has been the Director of PDC Pharmacy Pittsburgh since its inception in May 2000. She has had the opportunity to be a part of the wonderful growth and witness firsthand the benefits of our specialized pharmacy services to the individuals we serve.
Cheryl “Monie” Olson, RPh.
PDC Pharmacy Colorado – Clinical Director of Operations
Cheryl “Monie” Olson is a fourth generation Colorado native. She graduated with a degree in secondary education, but worked in a pharmacy all while doing her under graduate work. After she received her undergraduate degree, she decided to attend the University of Colorado School of Pharmacy, and pursue her true passion. She worked in retail pharmacy at the beginning of her career, then moved on to Long Term Care for over a decade. She became a geriatric specialist, and from there she became one of the architects of one of the largest Hospice Pharmacies in Colorado. She is passionate about Hospice and Geriatrics, and, in Intellectual Disabilities (ID) she has found that same passion. The nurses and caregivers are similar in all three of those areas of expertise, and she believes she makes a difference when dealing with, and helping, the ID caregiver community.
Miranda Dzurko, Pharm.D.
PDC Pharmacy Erie – Pharmacist in Charge
Miranda Dzurko graduated from Gannon University with a Bachelor of science in Biology and from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree. She joins the PDC Pharmacy team with over 4 years of experience in the field of pharmacy. She is an Erie native and is excited to be serving individuals in her community at the new Erie location. Miranda is focused on providing quality pharmacy services through innovative processes and has a passion for serving those in the most need; Miranda’s commitment and dedication align perfectly with the mission and vision of PDC Pharmacy and our partner agencies.
Vice President of Operations
Christina Funkhouser is a graduate of Kent State University’s College of Business Administration and is currently pursuing her Masters of Business Administration at Point Park University. Christina joined PDC Pharmacy as a member of our operations department and then moved to direct customer service and transition efforts with new and existing customers. In her current role as Vice President of Operations, Christina oversees the operations for all PDC Pharmacy locations. Christina is dedicated to customer satisfaction by ensuring an exceptional quality of services for all patients and customers and is available anytime to explore opportunities for enhancing services. In conjunction with all PDC Pharmacy teams, Christina promotes compliance, education, quality assurance and sustainable operations.
Director of Customer Relations
Bill graduated from The University of Pittsburgh, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree. He has worked for non-profit service providers for individuals with Intellectual Disabilities for over 25 years, most recently with Passavant Memorial Homes for well over 15 years. Since joining PDC Pharmacy, Bill has used his knowledge and experience to assist customers in receiving the highest quality of pharmacy services and his experience in the field provides for more effective transitions for new customers joining PDC Pharmacy services. In addition to working directly with the customers at our multiple locations, Bill provides support in all aspects of pharmacy operations to ensure that PDC Pharmacy maintains its’ reputation as an effective, quality-driven leader of pharmacy services for customers in the field of human services.
Gretchen S. Williams
Operations Manager – PDC Pharmacy
Gretchen graduated from La Roche College with a Bachelor of Science degree specializing in Business Management, Marketing and Finance. She has a background of experience in business development, client care, finance and event/project management. In her role as Operations Manager, she supports all of the pharmacy locations in their daily operations as well as projects relating to process improvement, efficiencies and compliance in support of PDC Pharmacy’s mission and vision of quality care. Gretchen brings a passion for customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations!
Vice President of Business Development and Marketing
Ryan is the Vice President of Business Development and Marketing for PDC Pharmacy. In this capacity, he provides knowledge and guidance to individuals and providers considering transitioning their pharmacy services. After graduating from the Naval Academy Preparatory School, he moved onto the United States Naval Academy and eventually transferred to Duquesne University. There he graduated from the Palumbo-Donahue School of Business with majors in both Legal Studies and Entrepreneurship. Currently, he is pursuing his Masters of Business Administration at Duquesne University. With a background in Sales and Marketing, Ryan also brings a strong technical know-how to the team. He is the direct connection to frequently asked questions regarding the pharmacy offering, MedSupport and FrameworkLink.
Director of Business Development and Marketing
Walter is the Director of Business Development and Marketing for PDC Pharmacy. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Excelsior College in 2005, and in 2007 he graduated with a Master of Arts degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP). While at IUP, he also completed Masters of Business Administration (MBA) program coursework. Walter has a combined thirteen years of work experience with the Intellectual Disability and Mental Health populations. From his experience, Walter fully understands the intricacies of agency operations, regulatory compliance, benefits, insurance and reimbursement processes, which directly relate to the products and services PDC Pharmacy offers. Walter’s primary goal is to better educate individuals and agencies on PDC Pharmacy’s quality offering.
Business Development and Marketing Representative
Devin is a Business Development and Marketing Representative for PDC Pharmacy. He received his Business Management degree from Colorado State University’s College of Business with emphases in Entrepreneurship, Supply Chain Management and International Business. Prior to working at PDC Pharmacy, Devin gained Business Development and Marketing experience in the beverage industry. He can confidently provide understanding and knowledge to agencies looking to learn more about PDC Pharmacy’s services. Devin has worked with individuals with developmental disabilities ever since he was in high school when he partnered with the Special Olympics Basketball Team.
