Message from Rick D. Senft
At PDC Pharmacy, our mission is centered on continuously providing the highest quality of pharmaceutical services to meet the specific needs of each provider agency that we support, and the in dividuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, and behavioral health needs that we are collectively privileged to serve.
PDC Pharmacy’s parent organization, Passavant Memorial Homes (PMH), is a not-for-profit human services provider agency with over 125 years of experience serving individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, and behavioral health needs. In 2000, PDC Pharmacy was formed to address an unmet need for specialized pharmaceutical services tailored to provider agencies, that we had experienced firsthand at PMH. Through establishing PDC Pharmacy, we sought to focus on the aspects that are critical to provider agencies serving this population that retail and other long-term care pharmacies were not addressing successfully, such as aligning documentation with regulatory requirements, ensuring deliveries are completed at convenient times and appropriate locations, and above all improving medication dispensing accuracy.
Over the years, PDC Pharmacy has expanded to provide closed-door, long-term care pharmaceutical services to meet the specific needs of provider agencies across geographies from our three pharmacy locations: PDC Pharmacy – Pittsburgh, PDC Pharmacy – Philadelphia, and PDC Pharmacy – Colorado. Across these locations, PDC Pharmacy is privileged to offer a comprehensive pharmaceutical solution for provider agencies, through our team’s pharmaceutical expertise, direct experience as a provider agency, and dedication to supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, and behavioral health needs.
As CEO and President of Passavant Memorial Homes Family of Services (PMHFOS), I invite you to explore our website to learn more about PDC Pharmacy and our specialized approach in providing the highest quality of pharmaceutical services for individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, and behavioral health needs.
